Nazel Alimon is the Administrative Assistant at Terrapin Insurance Group and has been with the agency since 2022.
In an administrative role at an independent insurance agency, Nazel supports the agents and customer service team behind the scenes and helps keep the office running: routing calls and messages, organizing client paperwork and documents, following up on items the team needs to complete, and making sure requests get to the right person.
